Always purchase the sink grid with your sink. As a designer, I consider it a non-negotiable for every client. It protects the basin, minimizes wear, and adds a layer of functionality that’s hard to beat. Don’t overthink it: if you or your client doesn’t love it, simply remove it. But more often than not, they’ll thank you for the foresight.

I’m so grateful I found this sink, it looks great in our farmhouse kitchen. I bought the wire insert as well to protect the bottom as I can put hot pots on top of that.
