Wanted to use in sink not over sink - just a bit too large. How do I initiate return?

Did not fit. Measurements are off on the rack and the center just allows everything to fall through.

This fits my Elkay composite granite undermount sink perfectly, but we did decide to go with the flat one. Good quality and very sturdy. The way the feet and rubber stoppers are angled allow for a good strong fit.

This is a beautiful, quality product....fits my Blanco sink perfectly. Got it at the best price I could find!
