the sink is beautiful and was a great price

Don't buy this color, shows every water spot.

Beautiful sink! I love it. I ordered it in the truffle color and it's just looks so good.

The sink arrived literally cracked in half. Not sure if the sink quality, packaging or shipper should be blamed. I contacted Wayfair support immediately to get a replacement because I had countertop manufacturing waiting on the sink. I was told I’d have to wait 2 business days for the manufacturer to respond. Why can’t Wayfair handle it directly? Well I waited til the following week before I finally got a response from Wayfair customer service offering a replacement or a refund. I let them know I wanted a replacement. Then the next day, they replied that a full refund would be issued. Did they just ignore my response? Well, 3 days later they said they’d correct the mistake and send me a replacement. Too late, I already bought another sink elsewhere. 10 total days had passed since I received the damaged sink and contacted customer service. The amount of frustration, hassle and run-around is not acceptable and Wayfair just lost a loyal customer for life!

Had sink in possession but 30 days had expired before ready to install. Totally a disaster when opened. Sure hope someone responds to me with how they intend to make it right!!!! I was initially a one star but supervisor was exceptional and refunded me on the lifetime guarantee! Thank you!
