The right size for two people, can fill and run it daily

I purchased a Z-Line 18” panel ready dishwasher from Wayfair but had technical issues with the beginning of the wash cycle. I quickly upgraded to this Bertazzoni 18” model. Upon unpacking, realized the Bertazzoni is the exact same model as the Z-Line except for the branding and 100 price increase. The photographs on Wayfair’s website are also inaccurate as they showed a third rack and different control panel.

I've read wonderful reviews about Bertazzoni appliances, and we haven't installed the dishwasher yet so this review is about Wayfair. My contractor has been unable to install the dishwasher because it came without vital assembly components. Wayfair's product description states that an "Installation Kit" is included with purchase, so I called customer service thinking mine had been forgotten. Come to find out, the "Installation Kit" only contains instructions; it does not include a power cord, hot water line, tube fittings etc. The most frustrating part of this, for me, is that no one I spoke to at Wayfair knew how I could obtain the necessary items. My contractor says he can't just go down the street and purchase these missing parts; they are brand specific. A Wayfair rep promised I would hear back within 2 days, yet it's been 4 and I still haven't heard from them. The good news is that I did a Google search and found that Appliances Connection sells the Bertazzoni dishwasher. They offer an "Installation Kit" that actually contains the items needed to get this dishwasher running. Their customer service rep was wonderful to me, and I look forward to getting my kit early next week. I've purchased a refrigerator through Wayfair that's on backorder; because of this experience I'm seriously considering cancelling the order and going elsewhere.
