I first became acquainted with the Bertazzoni brand in 2010, while searching for a heavy duty commercial cooktop for my home. The 36 inches PROF366QBXT six burners captured my attention, it was rated then, as the 2nd most popular cooktop in the world among people earning $250,000.00 or more. Bertazzoni is an Italian brand. Among the top 10 cooktops in the world in 2010, none were American brands. After reading about the features especially, the powerful flame produced by each burner, in comparison to regular American brands, I made the purchase. It's been 15 years since my purchase. and it's still functioning, I use liquefied petroleum gas. In 2010 the shipping company had an accident with my stove, which is now creating a problem with a few burners. But the brand has lived up to it's name even with the challenges hence, in 2025 I'm purchasing the Bertazzoni five burners stove with stainless steel burners. I imagine the brass burners will go an extra mile but, my current cooktop is stainless steel burners, and it has performed mightily during 15 years, I'm a Chef with a Food Business, so my stove works extremely HARD. Purchasing a Bertazzoni cooktop, will be one of the best decisions in your life.
