I just started to set-up all of my meals with certain portion controls. These bowls are the perfect size for making my weekly food prep meals. I normally make five breakfast yogurt bowls, then for lunch healthy salad greens and toppings. Dinner is open for everyone choice. Having these also allows me to stay on top of my grocery shopping. They are exactly like the picture, so I will recommend these and the price is reasonable.
