I haven't used the pan yet but I like the way it feels. It seems to be just the right weight. I think it will be very handy to be able to cook two different foods in the same pan.

Love this skillet!! I cook myself a small steak or pork chop on one side and sauté a fresh veggie on the other, usually in well under 15 minutes. The coating is beautiful. Easy to clean. Weighted well!!
