This is a great pan, especially if you have an induction cooktop. It grills a burger, fish etc. really nicely on the cooktop. Much better than a large saute pan for certain items. Cleans up very easily. Love it.

The Anolon Accolade Forged Hard-Anodized Precision Forge Square Grill Pan is such a beautiful pan and I honestly look forward to using it when making dinner. I often find myself reaching for this pan instead of my regular pans. It feels heavy and expensive when you hold it in your hand and that's not a bad thing! My meals cook so perfectly and slide out of the pan so effortlessly. Meals also cook evenly on this pan which is very important. I was not aware of this brand before reviewing this product but I would most definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys cooking!
