I love that it's not a heavy pot yet is very sturdy and reliable. Retains heat well. The lid has a good fit to the body. Have not put it in the dishwasher - I've not needed to! Nothing seems to stick to it. It's now the most used pot I have and I see it lasting far longer than any other pot I have owned. Had it for about 6 months now and looking for a skillet or fry pan in this line with the same great quality. Highly recommend!

I love the Accolade 2.5 qt pan. It carmelizes brown rice perfectly. The best pot in the house, and now I'm looking for more. I love the quality and the product is worth the expense. While the pot is heavy, the quality will last many lifetimes. This is the real deal. Cooks like cast iron, but without the strong odor and rust challenges of cast iron.

Acar

We really love the Accoldate line for our gas range and this saucepan is just the right size for most of our preparation. Great heat distribution and retention. The non-stick surface isn't as scratch resistant as we'd like and the capacity of this saucepan is 2 quarts, not 2.5.
