I love this pan. I've made grilled meats to pancakes on it. I learned very quickly that the pan heats up fast and holds its heat, so turn down the gas/electric

The enameled cast iron plancha looks beautiful and performs just as good as it looks. The first day I got the plancha, I made grilled cheese sandwiches. Using medium heat and lightly buttering the bread resulted in a golden brown finish. I have yet to cook pancakes on the plancha but I expect similar results.

This pan does not work as advertised with an induction range! All you get are two hot spots, it does not provide even cooking surface as is the intent with this pan. Don’t waste your money.

It's a perfect size and shape. Easy to handle and easy to clean.

Have owned 2 of the All-Clad non-stick griddles that eventually wore out and had hoped this would be a step up. It wasn’t. The griddle never heated evenly and I could never a consistent result no matter how much pre-heating I attempted. We use our griddle for pancakes and, after repeated tries, ordered a normal non-stick griddle today. I can see why they are offering a large discount on this because I’m betting my results are not unique and they want All-Clad wants this thing gone.
