We love the new pan. High quality and good even heat.

Have owned this pot for about 2 years now and love it. Bought it to complete the All-Clad Copper Core set and i use it regularly. Cooks rice really well, cooks beans and meat really well, cooks curry really well, and even does a good stir fry . Food doesn’t stick to the bottom (unless you burn it). It heats up fast and evenly. I almost burned my rice pilaf the first time using it because i underestimated how quickly it heated up. It works really well to reduce liquids/sauces due to it’s shape. Cooking is a breeze with this pot. I get compliments from friends about how nice it looks too.

So beautiful!! I was even inspired to get a pot hanging rack because this piece perfectly match my kitchen decor- waaay too beautiful to hide in a cabinet. I ended up making a casserole and shrimp scampi just to use it at 8pm on a work night! Easy cooking and lots of meals to enjoy with this piece. I also purchased the Dutch oven and 7 piece set to complement this piece. Makes my kitchen a true chefs's kitchen!

Love this pan...cooks everything perfectly everytime

It's good! It makes simple stir fry taste really good. The only thing is it's really really heavy. But I think I just need to get used to it!
