Designed by Richard Sapper, the pot of La Cintura di Orione series was developed with the advice of starred chef Gualtiero Marchesi. Cylindrical, it is made in multi-ply (AISI 430, aluminum, 18/10 stainless steel), which guarantees an optimum thermal distribution throughout the pot's surface and also allows it to be used on induction heat sources. It is ideal for boiling, simmering, or steaming.
