Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth. It is eco-friendly requiring fewer cleansers. Each sink is unique. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary. A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink, these are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.

Artist Catherine Freshley, originally from Portland, Oregon, returned home in 2020 after residing in various locations around the country for 15 years. Throughout her life, Freshley has nurtured her artistic talents and passion for painting, starting from a young age. In 2016, she made the decision to leave her full-time job at an advertising agency to dedicate more time to her burgeoning art side business. The entire Grace set of glasses is defected. There is a very apparent marking where the stem meets the base on every single glass, and Mikasa states that this is not a manufacturer defect as this is the marking of where the glass gets cut. In addition, some of the glasses also have bubbles on them. Mikasa says this is a not a manufacturer defect and will not replace the glasses for you. Their wine cooler contains a freezer insert that will keep your wine chilled for up to 4 hours. A warm bottle of wine placed in a fully frozen insert will be chilled to 55°F in thirty minutes. The insert will not allow the wine to be chilled below 42°F. The cooler is designed to work with 750ml bottles of wine having a maximum diameter of 3.5 inches and a maximum height of 13 inches. The contents of the cooler insert are non-toxic, water-based gel and should be frozen 4-6 hours before use. For longer gatherings, we recommend keeping a spare insert in the freezer.
