The Viking 8.5 quart 3-in-1 roaster is a versatile cooking vessel used as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats, or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9-quart (to rim) covered roaster, dutch oven, or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4-quart au gratin, casserole, sauté, or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-ply stainless steel construction throughout the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction. The stovetop, oven, grill & broiler is safe to 600°f/315°c.

Ooh-la-la. Unlike a few reviewers, I found the size perfect. Can’t wait to use soon. Anita. Denver. Sat May 03 2025

Nip at your guests until they try whatever meal you display on Arthur Court's Coastal Serving Tray. A large crab dangles its legs off the side of this dish as it seemingly tries to crawl back on and steal any leftovers. Distinct lines and sharp points within the crustacean's design contrast beautifully with the sleek interior of this handmade aluminum tray.

Arrange your tableware around the innovative design of this product from Arthur Court. A beautiful collection of coral constructs the piece's base, while a long branch of the skeletal material curves into a textured handle. Shaped like a large mollusk shell, the bowl features a heavy pattern of lines around the exterior. The intricate markings along the coral make it appear darker than the rest of this handmade, aluminum design.

The first one sent had a dent in it because it’s shipped pretty carelessly and was shoved into a mailbox. The original also had the topside smooth and the underside a design. The replacement is the opposite. Which I like better as from the photos, you can see fingerprints. Nice platter, will use.. Veronica. Charlotte, NC. Fri Feb 06 2026

Inspired by specific types of foliage that have taken on sentimental meaning in Michael's life, this collection embodies his genuine passion for nature in its purest and most personal form.
