This faucet has the potential to be a 5 star piece except one simple feature that should be mandatory on any pull down faucet. A freaking magnet!!!! How hard is it to include a magnet to hold the faucet in place when retracted. The unit comes with a weight you have to hang on hose which is suppose to hold the nozzle in place when retracted but that does not accomplish this task 100%. I even bought an extra weight and that still did not get it to completely stay fully retracted. a simple magnet will absolutely solve this issue and I am trying to understand why this is not included. Not having a magnet on a pull down faucet is as dumb as Apple removing the convenient one click feature and reintroducing the sliding function to turn off an alarm.. Anonymous. Thu Jul 23 2026

Excellent quality, very nice faucet. Fits over bowel sink also purchased from Wayfair made by VIGO nicely. The faucet it self reaches deeper towards the center of the bowl nicely, unlike some that scarcely go over the edge into the bowl. Less over splashing.. Mimoza. Mukilteo, WA. Tue Apr 30 2019
