Hands down still one of the best companies for Customer Service! We had an issue with some of the doors and needed replacements, the manufacturer was out 4-6 months for the doors so Perigold replaced the entire vanity. The vanity looks great. Delivery was a failure. The service could not make the delivery to the room specified despite twice sending a team. They were unprepared and offered no solution. I hope this works for me. At the moment it isn't on the second floor where it needs to be installed. Although I paid extra to have it taken upstairs, the movers wouldn't even entertain that bc of the weight. This is the only vanity that came with the countertop and sinks attached, making it very heavy. I should have refused delivery because now I may have to pay to ship back or take a chance of cracking the countertop if I try to move upstairs and into the bathroom. That is the 4stars. Because there is great customer service and followup with this company. And this in no way is a ding to the quality for the price. Just take note that it isn't in the descriptions of the vanities that countertops are or aren't shipped separate. I can only assume that with a 60inch they don't want to take a chance for breakage to ship in a separate box. We debated between several options from several different companies- opted for this one. Overall it is good for the price but there are some flaws. The undermining sinks come installed (base, countertops and sinks are all assembled which is nice) but one sink isn’t centered to the hole like the other one.
