Art and function, are fused. Slim iron intersects to create an eye-catching pattern that doubles as art, while 16 hooks are ready to hang coats, hats, and handbags.

I love this coat rack, it looks really cool, but there are some issues. Mine came with spots of corrosion at the corners like it was stored somewhere humid and the powder coating on the iron wasn’t thoroughly done. There are also only four holes to anchor it to the wall and they’re not in a square or rectangle so it’s easy to drill in your wall anchors and then realize you messed up and they are not lined up correctly and there’s not a good way to fix it because you can’t use another hole and try again. The description on the Phillips Collection Website is completely inaccurate. It states: "Abstractly rendered in a metal in a bronze finish on a shelf in a black finish, the slim decorative accessory is whimsical in its own and will remain just as playful when other decorative elements are placed on the wooden shelf." The shelf is not wood it is metal. The sculpture is plastic and not wood. After I received the item, I called Phillips Collection and they informed me that the sculpture has a wire frame and is covered in hand molded clay; this not clay, it is plastic.
