We ordered 16 sets of these chairs, and the order was cancelled, re-entered, delayed, half the order sent, half the order delayed. It has been extremely messy. The Wayfair reps have been amazing, and I pity them having to iron out all of these disasters with both me and my client. This chair is absolutely a great investment. I am 5’3 and struggle with finding a chair that isn’t too tall and this one is perfect!
