This vibrant 1975 scene at La Concha Beach Club in Acapulco, Mexico, epitomizes the effortless glamour and leisure of the mid-1970s elite. The sun-drenched setting, with bathers reclining on a striped floating platform and shaded by tropical palms, captures a moment of relaxed luxury amid one of Mexico’s most coveted coastal retreats. La Concha was a favored destination for jet-setters seeking sun, sea, and sophisticated socializing during an era defined by opulence and carefree elegance. This image preserves the spirit of a bygone time when resort culture flourished and high society embraced the pleasures of seaside leisure. Slim Aarons, renowned for his evocative photographs of, as he described it, "attractive people doing attractive things in attractive places," was the quintessential chronicler of high society. After serving as a war photographer, Aarons turned his lens to a new landscape: the glamorous lives of Hollywood elites, Palm Beach socialites, and jet-setting debutantes and princes. His work for society publications captured an aspirational world of leisure and luxury that defined the American upper class throughout the mid-20th century, creating images that remain timeless symbols of sophistication and style. The photograph is presented as a high-resolution scan of the photo's original photographic slide, complete with hand-lettered archival notations along the mount. Offered exclusively by Soicher Marin, this edition preserves the full character of the original format, transforming it into a striking piece of wall art that merges history, authenticity, and timeless style. More than a photograph, it is a curated artifact of American cultural glamour, bringing a refined yet playful sophistication to any well-appointed interior. Every piece in our unique Slim Aarons collection is meticulously handcrafted using archival materials and printed on premium, luster photographic paper with environmentally safe inks, custom framed by skilled artisans who ensure that each work of art meets the exacting standards befitting such an iconic photograph.

This was the first thing I bought for my new apartment, and I absolutely LOVE them. Guests always comment on them and they match my decor perfectly. They've held up over time (I'm doing this review some time after). The only thing is that, if the bottom of a glass is wet (or condensates), the coaster will stick to it and then fall. That's true of any coasters made like this, so I just put a paper towel under glasses sometimes. Other than that, I'm in love with these!. Stephanie. Charlotte, NC. Tue Jun 23 2026

Absolutely love this but it arrived broken. If it was in perfect condition I would give it 6 stars. It’s a beautiful green color and very heavy. Works very smoothly and looks like it should last forever. I do recommend. Melanie. UT. Wed Apr 29 2026

A softly rounded three-point form that holds rings at the sink, nightstand, or entryway with quiet clarity. Engravable for weddings, engagements, and milestones. The silhouette is simple enough to be part of a daily routine and considered enough to make a meaningful gift. Set it beside the sink, on a nightstand, or at the entryway.

I got this and the Encanto Ring Holder for my daughter for her birthday which was a couple weeks before her wedding. She and her husband both use this in their kitchen. It’s nice because the rings are fully protected from being knocked over and into the sink or onto the floor. She uses the Encanto ring holder on her dresser and it looks so nice.. Amy. Dublin, OH.
