Is it possible to be in love with a toilet? I am! I fell in love with this toilet before I even used it, reading reviews, examining its features, etc. And then my contractor installed it. From the moment it was plugged in, I knew it would be a game changer for me in the best possible way. Love the heated seat. Love *all* the bidet functions. Love the night light. Love the remote control. Love my auto open/close lid. I feel cleaner (and am) when I use it, and the toilet is designed to be a sanitizing experience. I haven't even used the deodorizer yet! I. love. this. toilet. It's a little pricey, but treat yourself. It will change going to the bathroom for you. Two bonus tips: 1) if your #2s are often messy (i.e., squishy -- sorry if TMI but you need to know this), this the answer; 2) if you're concerned about the price -- I am a super-picky person and I shopped around to discern whether I should get this toilet or a smart toilet. This is a traditional toilet with smart features, and given the reputation and stellar history of Toto that accompanies this toilet, this unit is ultra-reasonably priced. The toilet was advertised as offering auto flush & auto open/close lid, but did not come with any of those features. Upon further research after receiving the items, the model numbers on the toilet & bidet seat are not models that include the premium features, even through the website description advertises that those features are included.. I can't believe how quickly this toilet goes through a cycle of pushing the flush lever and when the water valve stops filling. It takes just over 30 seconds for the cycle. It does a great job clearing the bowl. I have read comments from some people who have complained about how it seems to get dirty too easily. I've been using the toilet for a week so I can't say if it gets dirty easily. But I wonder if they had read the cleaning instructions.
