The duvet cover features a luxurious dual-sided approach of a pretty sateen top and a breathable percale reverse, all in 100% cotton. On a full-sized bed, the full/queen duvet cover drapes generously over the sides of the bed so that the embroidery hangs down elegantly surrounding the bed. To prevent the flower-shaped edges from curling, I’ve ironed them after washing, though steaming once the bed’s been made may be an easier option for keeping the magnolias looking striking. There are loops along the top of the curtain to slip the curtain rod through without difficulty. The curtain is definitely not a blackout curtain, so if you are looking for a complete blocking of light, this is not the curtain for you. We developed the kaleidoscopic Milan print from the uniquely stylized work of artist Laura Park. Fresh and bright, playful, and painterly are just a few words that describe the hallmark style of her paintings which feature layers of abstract washes within a beautiful palette. We then digitally print it for superb reproduction of the sophisticated watercolor technique on our luxuriously silky, smooth 400 thread-count long-staple cotton sateen.

I looooove this duvet cover! I have looked at this for several years and I finally took the plunge! I had an issue with the first one. The design was side ways. The Baker duvet cover offers a refined simplicity, finished with a trim 0.5" straight inset flange. Constructed of 100% cotton, with a delicate slub this collection presents the look of luxurious linen with a moderate price tag. The duvet cover and shams are finished with an inset flange. The duvet has a button enclosure, 4" flap inside the opening to hide the filler and ties on all 4 sides to keep the comforter from moving.
