I recently ordered the aforesaid item and am extremely frustrated with the service. Before placing the order spoke to two different representatives and on both time was informed that the item comes with white gloves that includes installation. Upon receiving the item the delivery company didnt install the item. After making multiple calls was informed that the white gloves is only for 30 minutes of installation and nothing exceeding that time!!! Simply stunning table set. This makes up the room and we are so happy with it. You only need to assemble the table top on the two legs, I recommend three people for this task (two to lift the table top which is very heavy, and one that lines up the legs and inserts the screws)..
