33" Ortega Double-Bowl Stainless Steel Undermount Sink - 4-Hole

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I recently purchased this sink and had it installed in my kitchen to replace an older sink. It is worth every penny that I spent on it, and I could not be any happier with it! The large bowl makes washing dishes by hand easy, and there is plenty of room to place and soak dishes and cookware as I'm cooking and baking. The sink also drains well and is easy to keep clean. In terms of construction and aesthetics, the sink is high-quality and has a sleek and appealing design. It can be installed as an undermount or an overmount. Because I had the older sink replaced and was restricted to the size of the already-existing opening for it, I had mine installed as an overmount. The narrow flange around the top still gives it a sleek and modern finish, and there is still plenty of depth to the sink bowl. Cleaning dishes is not the most pleasant of daily tasks: food particles can cause sink blockages while traditional washing-up bowls are often difficult to empty. Ruvati takes kitchen functionality to a whole new level with this 33″ long workstation sink that converts your kitchen sink to a full-fledged workspace. The sink comes with an array of built-in accessories and two-tiered tracks on the front and back for the accessories to slide on. The included cutting board will fit on either top or lower track, so you can slide one on top of the other. The cutting board is flat on one side, but when flipped, convert into a tray with raised edges. When you need more countertop space, the cutting board placed on the top or lower track will cover almost your entire sink. Now you can use all that extra space for food-prep, or for entertaining guests by turning the cutting board over into trays and placing plates, cups or serving dishes on them. The reversible cutting board is constructed of sapele wood (African Mahogany) – a luxurious hardwood that has a beautiful finish and handles water well. Also included with the workstation sink is a wood platform with mixing bowl and colander attachments, deep stainless steel colander, which slides on the lower tier. The foldable drying rack fits on the top track and is ideal as a dish drying rack. Beautiful sink and got plenty of comments on it before and just after it was installed. Still think it’s a beautiful sink but does scratch very easily. We used sink for 2 days before sink grid arrived and babied it. It still got one small scratch as cooking utensils were put at bottom of sink. It has subsequently started rusting. It is no larger than a grain of rice but is noticeable. The sink grid helped to cover it up but is still frustrating based on cost. If purchasing, make sure to get the sink grid before using.. Derek. What I liked about this sink a lot is its depth when compared to other similar sized sinks - it is deeper which gives it more room. The accessories are great. Overall, very happy with it.
