The product is beautiful. the cushion is thick and the curve of the back makes for a deep sit. the real problem however is how this chair ships. It is not available via White Glove so Fed Ex drop ships these massive boxes with the worlds largest supply of Styrofoam. I ended up hiring movers to uncarton and dispose of all the garbage.
