This incredible display includes a variety of species for a total of 17 genuine Peruvian butterflies. The frame includes a keyhole hook at the top for mounting the display on a wall. The butterflies in these frames are raised on butterfly farms in Peru. These butterflies are not killed for display. After the butterflies have lived their lifespan, they are then collected and put into these frames. In doing this, the butterflies can fully mature and also reproduce on the butterfly farms free of natural predators. The Botanical Leaf collection takes its inspiration from the intricacies of form and texture found in particular types of foliage. Reminiscent of eucalyptus and seagrape, the structure celebrates the twisting branches as much as it does the leaves.
