This High Porcelain limited edition brings a revered goddess to life, recreating a novel color scheme of healing light, which releases ¨she who hears the lament of the world¨. According to a common Chinese belief, Kwan Yin lives on the island of Pu-to-shan, where her temple is surrounded by a lake of violet light which cures the ailments of all who bathe in its waters. It is said she will not rest until all human beings are freed from their suffering. The image of the goddess is decorated with innovative colors such as hues of purple and mauve and the metallic gold and aged silver of the forest flowers, never before used in a Lladró piece. For the remainder of the piece, hues in a harmonious green and yellow color scheme have been employed.

The Beauty of Harmony is small in size, but its diminutive form holds unbounded wisdom. This crystal paperweight continues a LIULI tradition of combining the Taiji symbol (yin-yang symbol) with the head of a dragon. Here, the dragon's body is drawn into a circle to represent the cycle of yin and yang, harmony, peace, and wisdom. Its head is intricately detailed with a tendril motif. The design echoes that of China's "first dragon," a jade artifact from the kingdom of Hongshan. The glimmering amber and subtle coloration yield a powerful, enigmatic effect as only liuli can.

This piece is absolutely beautiful. The recipient (my sister) loved it. She held it up to the sun and the colors shone through magnificently. The work on this piece is flawless and the box that housed this paper weight was gorgeous as well. Delivery was quick and on time. Thank you.. Darlene. Coldstream, BC. Tue Jun 08 2021

A mother's love is often compared to the boundless acceptance embodied by Guanyin Buddha. The gentle glow of moonlight, representing compassion, blankets the earth and touches every child's heart, serving as a constant reminder of the selfless love and dedication that our mothers have bestowed upon us. An incense could Immerse the body and soul in a tranquil, restful and unclouded space, this is a great gift during Mother’s Day to find a serene moment for herself. In the “Heart Sutra”, Guanyin, referred to as Guanzizai, is a teaching, self-reflection and a salve for the body and soul. Some ancient philosophies, through the passage of time, see an evolution of core values and adapt to the times. To be free, loosen your grip, and release the self, desire and worry. Guanyin’s hair is fashioned in a high knot and draped in flowing fabric with a small Buddha on top. Guanyin sits with a placid expression, full cheeks and a baihao (白毫) marking their forehead. Eyelids slightly lowered, Guanyin sits upright with a slight smile, wearing an intricately sculpted draped robe. At ease, Guanyin is adorned with an yingluo (瓔珞) necklace across its chest. This gentle and compassionate feminine portal of Guanyin is in classic Han Buddhist imagery. Keep Guanyin at one’s side at all times to encourage clarity and compassion.

The Yin Small White Vase has a flowing profile that looks as ancient as a shroud but it is as modern as any decorative sculpture can be because it was 3-D printed from porcelain. Close inspection reveals the process added the tiniest ringed striations along its surface. We also offer the Yin in a larger vase. These are not meant for floral arrangements as they are not watertight.

The look of the vase was exactly like my vision. Eventually I will create a flower arrangement that will add to the overall look of the room. The movement look of the vase lends to the look of the white heron.. Valerie. Stafford, VA. Wed Aug 19 2026

Cave-dwelling Guanyin, one of the thirty-three manifestations of the bodhisattva Guanyin (Avalokitesvara), looks over and protects all sentient beings. In India, the rock represents the origin of the universe and all the life it contains. Guanyin is seated on a rough crag, representing the hardship and challenges met on the long path to awakening; the lotus in her right hand represents the freedom from all defilement which is the defining feature of one who has completed the journey to enlightenment. Her benign and serene countenance, downward-gazing eyes, and concise halo convey her bright and effulgent heart and mind. The rough-hewn texture of the upper part of the base is based on the Gongbi realist technique in Chinese painting, in juxtaposition with the polished lower section. Seemingly meditating in the moonlight, this stout-figured Guanyin wears a crown of flowers and a jeweled necklace and has a pious countenance suggesting solemnity and tranquility. In the East, the lotus is the traditional symbol of perfect purity and supreme enlightenment.
