The "Faith" sculpture takes its inspiration from the Khor Virap monastery which is the symbolic birthplace of Christianity in Armenia. It was at Khor Virap (Armenian for "deep dungeon") where the man who would become Saint Gregory the Illuminator was imprisoned in a pit for 14 years before he helped turn Armenia into the first Christian nation. Before attaining sainthood, Grigor Lusavorich was held in the bottom of a pit, where he was secretly fed by a local Christian woman who kept him alive. Later, after curing King Trdat III of a disease, he became the religious mentor of the monarch. During this time, Grigor would be instrumental in converting the king to Christianity. In 301 AD, King Trdat III proclaimed Christianity as the state religion of Armenia - marking the first nation to adopt Christianity officially. I first visited Khor Virap as a teenager over 40 years ago. The feeling I got while climbing through a small hole and descending into the dungeon where St. Gregory was thrown to die is something that I will never forget. The idea that a man could survive in those conditions for so many years was astonishing to me and is a testament to the depth of his Christian faith.

This one is a tough one. My mom died something like a week ago. I still can’t believe. I think I’m in shock. I want to buy her angel, maybe a candle. And then I saw this amazing Heavenly Dreams candle with little angel on the lid and the stuff that was written now again bought tears to my eyes. It also smells very light and pleasant. Do recommend. A piece with extraordinary attention to detail. The folds of the mother's dress are an excellent example of the artist's skill in modeling. From the union of mother and child are born moments of unbounded happiness, filled with caresses and affectionate gestures. A mother enfolds her child with love from the moment it comes into the world, and the memory of this maternal embrace stays with that child forever.

Heavenly Prayer is a porcelain sculpture that reflects the intimate moment of an angel praying for a better and fairer world. A scene that conveys peace, sweetness, and tenderness. The stars in her hair represent the cosmos, of which we are all part. They help us to remember that we are but a grain of sand, and yet vital to the functioning of this magnificent machine and to making said cosmos a better place for all. The matte white porcelain finish, decorated in soft colors, allows a better appreciation of the beauty of the sculpture and the decorative work of its wings. A sculptural piece with exquisite modeling work. Made in Spain.

This male porcelain bust portrays a man in a pensive inner-looking pose. It reminds us of the essential bond between man and nature, our responsibility for looking after it, and the need to respect it. The composition appears to be floating in the air over a wooden pedestal. The decoration is inspired by the shadows cast by plants, an allegory of moments when the body receives reflections from the sun.

Gaze into the crystal ball...our cast iron hands with a bronze finish hold a 6-inch crystal sphere and perhaps some secrets.

This is easily one of my favorite pieces in my home. It is incredibly captivating and makes me smile every time I look at it. I love the juxtaposition of the sculptural hand with the crystal sphere—it feels artistic, unexpected, and a little whimsical. The substantial weight and beautifully aged finish give it the character of something collected over time rather than a newly purchased decorative object. It’s a true conversation piece and even more striking in person.. Michael. Miami, FL. Fri Sep 04 2026
