Nice lightweight frypan. Unfortunately, my first attempt to cook sunny side up edge wasn’t as good as a ceramic coated pan. The egg white stuck to the pan. Perhaps if I filled the pan with enough cooking oil to cover all the dimples the outcome may have been different.
