Gorgeous pot but the color description on wayfair said green. Its actually the sea salt color that's more seafoam with a blue gray tint. That was the main reason for the return. I love this pot! I got the 6qt. I can double many recipes or not worry about spillage. It could even fit a whole chicken. It’s a nice size, but not overly large to store. I like how it’s so easy to clean and I don’t really have to deal with staining like enameled cast iron. It’s so light weight also. Unbelievable quality, love the beautiful soft pink/lavender color of Shallot, and while I haven't cooked with this product (I've used many other le Creuset items, and I know the quality's there), I can see this dish being used for au gratin potatoes, pork chops, pork loin, roasted vegetables, cobbler, and I'm sure dishes I haven't thought of.
