I did receive a relatively small partial refund through customer service, but I’m now stuck with an expensive piece of furniture that is awkward in my room. I wouldn’t recommend getting an expensive custom piece like this through a website - better to deal with actual salespeople at a physical store who are more responsive to problems, and might have made sure this basic and significant error hadn’t happened in the first place.. The couch is very pretty, but I have never seen genuine leather this thin. It is more like a paper thin coating over a knit fabric, and it arrived with multiple small tears already. Fortunately, the tears are not in super obvious places (they are on the back and sides), but this is not the quality I expect for the price. Not even close.
