Large Farmhouse Sink

This is the original, the one that’s set the standard for all fireclay farmhouse sinks with the classic apron front design. The Lancaster has been made by hand in the same way since 1897 and is still in use today in 100-year-old English homes. Named for the county of Lancashire, the region where Shaws® sinks are made, the Lancaster features thicker walls and a lustrous surface that’s glazed not once, but twice. Durable, distinctive, and authentic, the Lancaster is for those who seek an original and believe that making a statement is one they make for themselves.

Shaws is always a good choice for quality fireclay sinks.. Patrick. Sun Aug 16 2026

In celebration of Nantucket Sinks 20th Anniversary, we've created this 33-Inch farmhouse fireclay sink with hand painted scroll-work design. Made and hand finished in Italy, each sink is unique. The design's blue hues are meant to evoke the fealing of the sea and all things nautical - ideal for a coastal inspired kitchen. The drain is centered and a logo on the interior right side of the basin. . There are many benefits to fireclay. It is eco-friendly requiring less cleansers. . Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to .5". Custom cabinet required to support weight of this sink. * A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink, these are cosmetic only and have no impact on the performance of the sink.

I absolutely love my farmhouse sink. It is absolutely stunning and the focal point of my kitchen! It’s easy to clean and take care of and this sink is one of a kind! Delivery and shipping was quick and easy. I hired someone to put it in and they had no problems installing it. I love the products on this website as they are of high quality and easy to purchase from! Thank you!!. Tasia. Goodyear, AZ. Tue Nov 11 2025

Ask yourself this question: How much are you spending on your new kitchen? And are you willing to take a chance with an inexpensive farmhouse sink? An apron-front sink is often the focal point of the kitchen, and while inexpensive sinks look nice coming out of the box (resulting in glowing reviews), eventually their "value engineering" will catch up with them. Your kitchen is too important to cut corners, and nothing is used more than your sink. Make a sound investment with a product that has addressed the issue of glaze longevity. Fireclay sinks are comprised of solid genuine crystalline-silica fireclay. When paired with a silica-based glaze and fired at 2200 degrees, the two silicas fuse together, creating a new quartz-like material. As opposed to inferior ceramic sinks, which are usually hollow core, fired at lower temperatures, and exhibit little fusing, ours is far superior and engineered to remove even the possibility of hairline cracks/crazing. As the saying goes, you get what you pay for, and an investment is worth every penny.

The Fiamma fireclay kitchen sink from Ruvati sets a new standard in home kitchen design. Handbuilt in Italy by skilled artisans who have mastered their craftsmanship over generations, Ruvati fireclay sinks are at the pinnacle of art and form. The raw clay used in Ruvati’s fireclay sinks is a unique natural white clay found only in a few regions in the world, including Italy. The clay is fired at an extremely high temperature of 2900 degrees Fahrenheit giving the solid sink exceptional strength and durability. During the process the surface of the sink fuses with the interior, giving an enamel surface that is completely resistant to chips, cracks, abrasions, and scratches. These properties make Ruvati fireclay sinks a superior choice compared to alternative materials such as cast iron enamel and ceramic sinks which can easily chip or crack. Ruvati is one of the few manufacturers to source their fireclay sinks from Italy, one of the few regions in the world that produces true fireclay. Alternative ceramic sinks from competitors, sourced from other regions of the world such as Asia and the Middle East, may look similar to fireclay but are not anywhere close to the strength and durability offered by true Italian fireclay sinks. This Fiamma sink comes in a large size of 30″ wide by 20″ front-to-back giving you ample sink space. The 9″ internal bowl depth makes it easy to stack dishes or clean large pots and pans. Another unique feature of the sink is its reversible design. One side has a smooth flat finish and the other side has a decorative fluted design. Based on your design preference you can choose to install the sink either way. For more than 200 years, fireclay sinks have been renowned for their strength and practicality in European kitchens and farmhouses. Ruvati’s Fiamma fireclay sink now brings this timeless farmhouse classic to the modern American kitchen.

Finished on all 4 sides lets you choose the plain or fluted apron front. Distressing marks make it shabby-chic. There are many benefits to fireclay. Its glazed surface inhibits bacterial growth more than stainless steel. It is eco-friendly requiring fewer cleansers. Made and hand-finished in Italy, each sink is unique. Due to the firing process, dimensions are nominal and may vary to actual up to .5". Custom cabinet or apron cabinet required. *A note about fireclay: small cracks will appear on the unglazed underside of the sink. Handcrafted in Italy by skilled artisans, the Fiore collection from Ruvati brings our popular and innovative workstation sink capabilities to farmhouse style fireclay sinks. All Ruvati fireclay sinks are 100% made in Italy. Italy is one of the few regions in the world where true natural fireclay is found. Similar looking ceramic sinks from Asia may be marketed as fireclay, but are actually made of vitreous china which doesn't have the strength and durability of true fireclay. To ensure precision and durability, the raw white clay is fired at an extremely high temperature of 2900 degrees Fahrenheit as the surface of the sink fuses with the interior. The end result is a powerful finish resistant to chips, cracks, and other abrasions. In addition to the strength and practicality of fireclay, workstation sinks maximize the functionality of your kitchen by adding built-in accessories that slide on integrated tracks in the sink. With Ruvati’s Fiore collection, you’ll receive Ruvati’s patented foldable drying rack, solid wood cutting board, stainless steel bottom rinse grid, and basket strainer drain assembly. From effortless beauty to everyday function, get the most of your kitchen sink with the Fiore collection from Ruvati.

As a G.C., I ordered Shaws Shaker Single Bowl Apron Front 33” kitchen sink in White for a client. Ordering online through Wayfair was straightforward and without issue. I price shopped before ordering as my professional preference is to work with local businesses to source products. However, for this product, local kitchen & bath showrooms that were Rohl vendors did not carry the Shaws line requiring the extra step of submitting a PO directly to House of Rohl, significantly adding to lead time. Local showrooms offered competitive pricing to Wayfair, but I had to pay for additional shipping costs associated with the PO and therefore, Wayfair offered this product (in stock) and at the most competitive price. Product shipped without delay and the delivery team, both in terms of communication and handling of product, was professional.. Kristen. RI. Tue Mar 09 2021
