Purchased as open box but still shocking to see how this was returned and re-sold. One chair has noticeable scuffs on the armrest and was re-shipped without any quality control inside a badly damaged box and purposefully destroyed packaging materials including forcefully smashed pieces of wooden pallet. The second chair came in perfect condition and extremely well-packaged, so whomever returned the first chair made an wantonly violent effort to damage a beautifully made piece. Beautiful chairs but an assembly nightmare. Wooden pegs that hold chairs together were all miss matched. Too large or too small. One chair was and is missing back support wood.
