One chair has noticeable scuffs on the armrest and was re-shipped without any quality control inside a badly damaged box and purposefully destroyed packaging materials including forcefully smashed pieces of wooden pallet. The second chair came in perfect condition and extremely well-packaged, so whomever returned the first chair made an wantonly violent effort to damage a beautifully made piece. I like the chair. My only complaint is that the chair should be priced right at what we bought them for. They look great, but don’t have the high end finishes of a 900 chair. I searched for a while for counter height stools for our kitchen. I liked these stools from what I could see on the website but really wished someone had left a picture with their review to see them in real life. They are the perfect seat height at our counter. The seat is comfortable and the back hits just high enough that you feel like you have support. The stools are sturdy too.
