I love the chairs however, assembly using brass fasteners with a small allen wrench can be challenging. I have 1 screw in each chair (part B, 50mm brass screw) that the allen socket is somewhat stripped and makes it difficult to insure snug tightening. One was badly deformed and our ability to get with customer service was met by a bot who didnt quite seem to understand that the deformity was at the factory level and we were not able to disassemble the chair.
