I bought two of these and ultimately left them when I sold the house. The construction and finish were beautiful. Quality purchase for the price. But we often try to shove more friends at the table and this one hardly fits 8 extended because of the oval shape and large footprint of it's base. It makes it hard to push chairs in. Otherwise beautiful and you'll be happy if you need a table to seat 4-6.. Anne. Potomac, MD. Sat Apr 24 2021
