Absolutely LOVE this area rug! The picture is true to life, and it feels great underfoot, too. Not shag or even high pile, but it feels good with a good pad under it. Nice quality rug, color is exactly as pictured. The rug does shed, not terribly though. Because the rug is not 100% wool, a bit of the fibers get removed with vacuuming. Unfortunately, mine arrived with some damage, but I’ll be reaching out to Perigold for assistance. Overall, it’s a high-quality product as long as the measurements meet your needs. The light grey color is elegant and blends well with most decor styles. The backing is a bit firm underfoot, but the surface grid feels smooth and comfortable.
