Grease

Sear, sauté, and sizzle without the mess. This durable and versatile splatter guard is a heavy-duty grease cover. Moisture is the enemy of crisping and browning, so this crucial kitchen tool is built with a stainless steel interior mesh panel that lets steam escape but keeps oil in the pan. This ensures bacon crisps and chicken browns perfectly every time. Plus, it protects your stove and countertop from grease and oil. The dual stainless steel rims are designed for a perfect fit on most 10- and 12-inch pans; the guard can serve as a cover for any pot or pan up to 12 inches. The stainless steel handle, which is wrapped in comfortable stay-cool silicone, easily folds away for compact storage between uses. This versatile tool can also be used as a strainer for draining pasta and grains. And it’s dishwasher safe, so you can forget the grease and focus on the food.

Works well! Small amounts of splatter come through, but nothing compared to without it.. Liza. Mon Feb 23 2026

Your mise-en-place food preparation just got easier with this professional 10-piece stainless steel bowl set with a silicone base and lid from Viking. Made from durable, stainless steel, these bowls are perfect for prep, mixing, serving, and everything in between! Inside the bowls, you’ll find convenient measurement markings for quick and easy measurements. The extended edge at the top of the bowl makes for an easier grip during mixing, and the silicone base not only provides added stability during tasks but also helps eliminate slipping during use and prevents scratching of your countertop. Each bowl comes with an airtight silicone lid, enabling you to prep ingredients in advance and keep them sealed so they are fresh and ready to use when you need them. The Viking 10-piece stainless steel bowl set can be nested for compact and easy storage when not in use. The bowls are refrigerator and freezer safe for short-term food storage as well. The bowls are dishwasher safe, lids are handwash only. Stainless steel is prized in professional kitchens due to its durability and resistance to corrosion, and because it is easy to sanitize. As a non-porous material, no liquids or other contaminants can penetrate the surface of stainless steel, making it the perfect kitchen companion for any professional cook. Stainless steel is also non-reactive, so no matter if you are prepping aioli or acidic foods like salsa, your ingredients will taste fresh and delicious each and every time.

Bake, roast, and fry to perfection with Viking nonstick baking sheet. These heavy gauge baking sheets are made of commercial-grade aluminized steel to heat quickly and evenly while the double-layer nonstick coating ensures easy release and quick cleanup. This unique construction provides the strength and durability of baking with steel with the added conductivity of aluminum for exceptional heat distribution. Each sheet is reinforced with a solid steel frame around the entire outer edge of the pan. The steel frame gives each baking sheet stability, making it easy to take in and out of the oven while preventing warping. The aluminized steel construction distributes the heat evenly throughout the entire pan for more even cooking. The high walls of the baking sheet wrap around the steel frame and are designed to help keep juices and liquids in place when roasting. The nonstick coating is applied to both the interior and exterior of each sheet for easier cleanup as it prevents food from sticking to your pan. The Viking cookie and baking sheets are dishwasher safe, but we always recommend hand washing whenever possible to extend the life and performance of the nonstick coating. You can also extend the life of the nonstick coating and prevent chips or scratches by using wood, nylon, or silicone utensils. Metal utensils and abrasive scouring pads may scratch the surface but will not affect baking performance. The baking sheets are oven safe to 475°F (246°C) and are perfect for baking cookies and pastries, pizzas, roasting proteins, veggies, frying eggs or fries, and so much more. Whether you are baking cookies or roasting a chicken, these baking sheets will give you the same tools in your home that professional chefs use every day.

The Viking 8.5 quart 3-in-1 roaster is a versatile cooking vessel used as a conventional open roaster for poultry, meats, or vegetables, add the lid to convert it into a 9-quart (to rim) covered roaster, dutch oven, or stockpot. Internal volume markings in quarts and liters allow for easy addition or reduction of ingredients. Use the lid separately as a 4-quart au gratin, casserole, sauté, or serving vessel. The roaster's oval shape promotes a convection effect to heat food more quickly, while its 3-ply stainless steel construction throughout the vessel ensures even heating in the oven and on the cooktop when deglazing or making sauces and gravy. The mirror finish makes it a beautiful serving dish on the table or buffet. Rolled edges ensure easy drip-free pouring. The elevated stainless rack promotes even cooking and can hang from the rim of the roaster for easy draining. Both roaster and lid work on all cooktops including induction.
