This chair is well constructed and very comfortable, with good lumbar support. It was very well packaged for safe shipping. I am 5’3” and the chair did not raise high enough for me to use my laptop in an ergonomically correct and comfortable way. My husband created a 1.5” block and placed that between the seat and the mount, and then bought longer screws to connect so that the chair height is raised. Received chair without nailheads as depicted when ordered. I was told I would be responsible for returning chair and shipping myself in order to receive a full refund even though it was THEIR MISTAKE!! I would not recommend ordering from this company.
