Very nice chair, however there were no instructions for either assembly or seat adjustments. We have a glass floor mat for the wheels to roll on and these wheels are quite stiff. The Chace leather chair is very nice. Workmanship and quality is very good. There is one downside though and that is the pneumatic mechanism only goes up and down 1 inch. All mechanism that I have seen have at least 2-3 inches of travel. I had to add spacers to raise the height to the right level. I think you should change the mechanism supplier.. Edward. Gallup, NM. This functional office chair has a lever for releasing the back of the chair back. Sits on a 5 ball caster swivel base.

It's a solid piece and very comfortable. The metal base and arms are much more silver-toned than bronze which is what we were hoping for. It did arrive with some visible scratches to the metal back but since by the time we received it it was out of stock we decided to keep it and accept the small discount rather than return it.. Rob.
