It combines ease-of-use and durability. Finished in a glossy bright white glaze. All dimensions for fireclay sinks are nominal due to shrinking during the firing process. For this reason, we recommend waiting to receive your actual sink before purchasing a cabinet or making cuts to countertops. Dimensions will vary by up to .25 inches.

I love the color variations that don't make it one dimensional. The picture on the site, to me, appeared as though there was a rough texture but it is very smooth. The opposite side is ribbed if tgats the look you're going for. I was initially concerned with it being paired with a black countertop, but I couldn't be happier. Your kitchen is too important to cut corners, and nothing is used more than your sink. Make a sound investment with a product that has addressed the issue of glaze longevity. Fireclay sinks are comprised of sold genuine crystalline-silica fireclay. When paired with a silica-based glaze and fired at 2200 degrees, the two silicas fuse together, creating a new quartz-like material. As opposed to inferior ceramic sinks, which are usually hollow core, fired at lower temperatures, and exhibit little fusing, ours is FAR superior and engineered to remove even the possibility of hairline cracks/crazing.
