I love the toilet I ordered. Unfortunately, it was distributed through Wayfair. In my experience, Wayfair has nice products, but very poor packaging of their products. The box was badly damaged and I received a phone call from FedEx apprising me that the box was badly damaged, asking me if I still wanted the delivery. FedEx had reinforced the box and I told them to send it. Thankfully, the actual product was still intact. In the past, anything I have ever ordered from Wayfair has been delivered with damaged packaging. Because of this, I never order from Wayfair.
