The ILVE Professional Plus 40-inch range is combined with a brushed finish for knobs and handles. The range cooker has a 2.3 cubic feet multi-function electronic oven and a static oven with a capacity of 2.00 cubic feet. The main multifunction electric oven has 9 cooking modes and the operating temperature ranges from 100° to 500° F. Both the cavities are coated with an easily clean enamel and can be clean without effort thanks to the folding grill heating element. The 6 burner gas cooktop configuration is equipped with a central fry top and two double-ring dual burners with a maximum power of 25000 btu each.
