One was badly deformed and our ability to get with customer service was met by a bot who didnt quite seem to understand that the deformity was at the factory level and we were not able to disassemble the chair. The Arlo chairs are gorgeous and well made. The chairs are made of aluminum but the finish on them looks like real wood. The umbrella fabric is perfect for these chairs. I love the chairs however, assembly using brass fasteners with a small allen wrench can be challenging. I have 1 screw in each chair (part B, 50mm brass screw) that the allen socket is somewhat stripped and makes it difficult to insure snug tightening.
