Catalina Dining

Celebrating the natural grain patterns of ash, this extension dining table is available in your choice of dune or earth and includes two 18" leaves.

It's gorgeous and a statement piece. We love it!!. Cheryl. Hilton Head, SC. Wed Sep 13 2023

Theodore Alexander presents the Catalina dining table, a masterwork of artisanal craftsmanship sculpted from figured cathedral ash. This solid wood centerpiece celebrates the inherent beauty of natural grain variations, anchoring the room with a striking pedestal base featuring a starburst-style leg arrangement. Designed for the sophisticated host, the round silhouette seamlessly transforms with an eighteen-inch leaf to accommodate eight guests, blending structural integrity with an elevated, modern aesthetic that turns every shared meal into a curated event.

Very pleased with this piece, which we ordered in the darker “earth” color with the leaf extension. It arrived without hardware (unfortunately), but this was quickly rectified by perigold (and anyway, the bolts would be readily available online or at any hardware store). The table itself is very stable, high quality, and excellently finished.. John. Cleveland, OH. Sat Nov 16 2024

Combining the clean, unadorned lines of the International Modernists with organic and geometric forms, the Catalina Collection is suggestive of the works of America’s Mid-Century Modern designers. The years following WWII were a time of uncertainty but also of great hope and progress. Designs of the period reflected that sense of hope and the promise of an ideal future. In our current period, one finds comfort and nostalgia in Catalina’ s retro-modern shapes and sensibilities. The Catalina Collection is crafted in solid American black Walnut or Cherry

WARNING: MISLEADING AND INACCURATE ITEM DESCRIPTION. At the time of purchase, both the photograph and the "specification" for this item indicated that the entire item pictured (i.e., the hutch above and the cabinets with doors below) was included with the purchase. THIS LISTING IS FOR THE UPPER (HUTCH) PORTION ONLY. At the time of purchase, the photograph for this item had both the upper and lower portion in full color. In contrast, other "hutch" listings from Copeland Furniture on Wayfair's website show the bottom portion greyed out to make clear that the listing is for the "hutch" (upper portion) only. Similarly, the "Specifications" section says "Cabinets Included: Yes" and "Number of Doors: 4." Both of these indications are inaccurate. Wayfair and Copeland will not honor the photograph or item specifications. Instead, they ask you to return the item and PAY FOR PICKUP, despite this INACCURATE AND MISLEADING listing. The item itself is beautiful and well made, but Wayfair's inaccurate listing and subsequent customer service leave much to be desired.. Claire. Belmont, MA. Mon Apr 25 2022
