This is faucet is gorgeous. There is an additional piece you will need for installing the faucet. I had to order the parts from A supplier in CLEVELAND. Luckily they got them for me in a day. The fixture is just so lux. Totally heavy duty, yet elegant. The water pressure from the sprayer is NOT strong. It is soothing and moderate. Well…..it better keep its finish. I just spent $2,500. with plumber’s bill included to replace my old faucet that lost its finish after 3 years. I live in my home alone with guest occasionally visiting. No harsh cleaning products ever on it. Not thrilled with your product. The finish got so ugly! The faucet is beautiful Having it installed today. HOWEVER, i needed a sink hole cover to match the italian brass(a small round disc that covers the extra holes in the sink). I called Wayfair/perigold and they could not get me the piece. I wanted it to match the gold color of the faucet. I finally called ROHL, they can't sell it to me but told me wayfair should be able to put it on a purchase order SHC-1IB. Oh NO, NO WAY. They were unable to help me at all, nor could they direct me to any place that might be able to get this piece. By sheer luck I found a retail store STUDIO 41. They had one in STOCK and sent it the next day. How can you sell a $1800 faucet and provide no customer service. Bad wayfair. Yeah! studio 41.
