The Cafe dishwasher is great. It's utensil holders are perfect for everyday, cooking and fine dinnerware. I also use the center holder for special sized containers. The first one would not grind. I returned it and got a replacement a few days later. The replacement has exceeded all of my expectations. It’s easy to set up. The ovens seem to work well and so far temperatures seem accurate. My biggest issue is the racks - the slide-out racks are GREAT, but they do take up extra room. I wish there was a flat rack available. Also, you get 3 racks for 2 ovens - 2 slide-outs and 1 floor rack. That means that you really can't load up both ovens at the same time. I am planning on purchasing a second floor rack for the upper oven. I have used the proofing setting (works fine) and bake, of course, but none of the other options yet. Oven surface is easy to wipe clean. One feature I would love in the app is an indication of the current temp of the oven. It shows on the oven itself, but not on the app (when preheating).. Jkl_co.
