Excellent quality and light weight. The aluminum frame is perfectly welded and finished. It sits a little higher than a patio lounger, making it perfect for dining. The cushion is high density and makes a firm dining seat. I recommend adding a contrasting back cushion for more comfort. The seat size is ample but the chairs spare lines mean it takes up less patio or deck space than many chairs. The packaging was exceptionally good. This is a very beautiful table. It is well made, sturdy and very easy to put together. The only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 is because the surface of the table is not "finished" or smooth. For example, when wiping it down, it will give you splinters and snarl the towel you use. My husband said he is tempted to smooth it out with sand paper, or we may just get a glass top for it. Gorgeous table! No problem extending it fully, the action is very smooth. Its central leaf is substantial and secures into place perfectly with brass latches. The construction is sturdy with no wobbling. The table's finish is slightly darker and more mahogany-toned than the product photos shown on the white background. The wrapped feet are a really lovely detail. This table makes me happy. I'd recommend for anyone who may use a coffee table sized space day-to-day, but need a little extra space for guests.. This table is GORGEOUS. I have included photos of my table extended with one leaf. I am able to slide 4 side chairs under the table on each side which allows you to see a lot of the table top and corner legs. The small detail above each table leg where it meets the table top is a nice modern detail, and the grainy-like wood pattern on the table top creates some character. I looked at over 1000 dining room tables and am glad I purchased this one. The gold trim at the bottom of each leg is attractive, and although I don't like decorating with gold, the gold color is subtle enough that it doesn't detract from the room. The table arrived in excellent condition. Place the table top upside down to attach the 4 legs - this is an easy job of one person. Two people will need to lift the table to upright it.
