An array of colorful and tropical florals and leaves sit atop a fresh white backdrop for a large-scale effect. Perfect for creating a beautiful botanical interior.
I absolutely LOVE this wallpaper and I'm so happy with my selection! I used it to create an accent wall in my office to bring more energy to my day. The colors are exactly as pictured. The pattern is clear and easy to line up. The subtle vertical lines in the background really help the seams to vanish almost completely. This was my first time using wallpaper paste and I was a little unsure, but I found the application easier than I expected! Supplies you will definitely need include: a bucket of wallpaper paste, a large sponge and small paintbrush for paint application, a large straight edge for smoothing out the paper on the wall, and a small precise knife for trimming. Compared to peel & stick - where everything has to be cut out beforehand - I found the "paste the wall" method a lot easier because you simple stick the paper onto the wall and then trim around the molding. It would be a *lot* to do a whole room in this paper but it's *perfect* for an accent wall. I'm also looking forward to doing some smaller projects & updates with the extra leftover pieces. If you're looking for a fun and bold pattern to bring excitement into a room, this is it!. Juliana. Holyoke Ma. Thu May 07 2026

This circa-1940 vintage Moroccan rug features a bold all-over multicolored raised pile design. The simplicity of the midcentury vintage carpet makes it at once modernist and evocative of tribal motifs. Moroccan rugs have typically been woven by tribal peoples for their utility rather than for decoration. These vintage carpets experienced a growth in popularity in the West when mid-century modern designers such as Le Corbusier paired the thick piled Berber rugs with their minimalist furniture. Many of these Berber antique rugs are woven by the Beni Ourain peoples from the Rif Mountains near the city of Taza in northern Morocco. Colors vary from neutral shades to bright, stand-out hues, with designs ranging from geometric simplicity to free-flowing abstraction. The primitivist feel of many Moroccan-style area rugs makes them attractive to modernist collectors. From versatile flatweaves to shaggy hand-knotted area rugs or runners, Moroccan rugs are both decorative and functional. They are valued for their technical qualities, expert use of fibers, great tensile strength, and abrasion resistance. Without a doubt, the original tribal Moroccan rugs from the Doris Leslie Blau collection bring character and a touch of worldliness to an interior.

A mid-20th century vintage colorful Moroccan rug, Circa: 1960, origin: Morocco. Woven in the 1960s by indigenous Moroccans, these vintage carpets in NYC's distinctive orange color remind of a setting sun’s warm hue, with black patterns on its surface being shadows cast on the sand. The shapes on the area rug‘s top look like small huts, erected by the tribe which woven it, but the meaning of the other depictions is not clear. The long ones might symbolize Hayat Agaci, the Tree of life, which reminds us that even after death, there is hope in the afterlife. The shapes underneath the huts are similar to the Goz, the Eye which is supposed to protect from all evil. Thanks to its short pile, this Moroccan vintage runner rug remains delightfully soft.

A vintage 1950’s Moroccan pile rug. It was hand-woven on a house loom by weaving techniques reaching back to the middle ages. The content is lambswool. The rich palette and classic mid-century Moroccan design could turn this rug into the focal point of a contemporary abode. This enchanting vintage rug from the middle of the 20th century is permeated with the magic of authentic oriental tribal art. It falls into the category of Beni Ourain antique carpets which have been woven by nomadic tribes inhabiting the mighty Rif Mountains near Taza for centuries. Moroccan bath rugs are characterized by simple, almost primitive designs, and a shaggy pile. Here, we are presented with a wonderful compound of diamond-like shapes and ancient kilim motifs, such as earrings expressing a wish to marry, or a tree of life reflecting human hopes for life after death, all executed in a chestnut brown hue against the off-white setting. Beni Ourain rugs have captured the attention of mid-century modernists and until now they remain among one the most sought-after Vintage oriental rugs among designers and tastemakers. One of the factors that makes them so desirable, besides their simplistic yet strangely captivating design, is the soft, long pile that turns any contact with the rug into a heavenly pleasure for the senses. This vintage Moroccan rug, masterfully hand-knotted of the finest wool by old and refined weaving techniques, will certainly not be a disappointment in any department. Its minimalistic elegance and ethnic charm have a chance to enrich any type of interior décor, from classic to contemporary.

This Moroccan rug has an abstract and archaically dynamic display of directional, tribal designs. It features an open field colour scale of a light camel. There are no guard borders or corner brackets. The central medallion design motif is an abstract, ascending root tendril. The central root tendril, which asymmetrically bisects the piece, is very thin and alternately coloured blue, red, and brown. Bookending the root tendril medallion pattern are two vibrantly coloured columns of abstract, diamond-shaped totem symbols. The main borders run length-wise, topside, and are coloured a deep brown hue. The top border is dotted with small, red, and yellow, irregular diamond shapes. The length-wise brown borders of this oriental vintage carpet feature red and blue snaking lines. The light camel color of the open field bleeds out into the bottom portion of the tapestry. Moroccan carpets and Moroccan area rugs are widely known to feature creatively brash but masterful design schemes. This vintage rug features artistically style condensed and irregularly shaped checkered block shapes. Moroccan carpet patterns like this are not beholden to the usual tapestry arrangement grid of field, medallion, corner brackets, and borders. The irregular checkered block patterns displayed here sport a homely and embroidered-looking visual countenance. The top and middle portions of the rug feature alternating layers of irregular checkered blocks in colors of tan, yellow, lavender, green, light green, blue, and orange. In the bottom third portion of the antique rug, the irregular-shaped checkered blocks transition into much thinner bands. The bottom border of this vintage carpet features a decoration of fabric fringes. The color contrast of alternating layers and checkered blocks is visually striking.
