I did a ridiculous amount of research before buying these GreenPan GP5 pans, and I’m happy to say they were worth it. Eggs slide around like they’re on ice, food cooks evenly on my gas stove, and cleanup takes about 10 seconds. The real test? Someone in my house used a fork instead of a spatula and the pan survived without a meltdown. Nice lightweight frypan. Unfortunately, my first attempt to cook sunny side up edge wasn’t as good as a ceramic coated pan. The egg white stuck to the pan. Perhaps if I filled the pan with enough cooking oil to cover all the dimples the outcome may have been different. Excellent pan. Heavy and sturdy. Just use a little oil or butter and nothing sticks. Very easy clean up. What I don’t like is the slanted sides. While it is 9.5 inches wide at the top, the flat area in the bottom is about 6 inches wide.
