We debated between several options from several different companies- opted for this one. Overall it is good for the price but there are some flaws. The undermining sinks come installed (base, countertops and sinks are all assembled which is nice) but one sink isn’t centered to the hole like the other one. Also there were three areas of damage to the woodpaint upon arrival. Otherwise tho it’s as advertised and looks nice in our bathroom. Just hope it holds up!. Katherine. Pensacola, FL. I am very happy with this vanity, sink, and countertop. I was a little disappointed in the fold down , full-length, cosmetic drawer (?). I had expected the container inside to be full-length, but it consists of two smaller containers with the space in the middle wasted. Also, this drawer (it really isn’t a drawer) does not open smoothly and easily. You have to tug. I oiled the hinges, so I’ll hoping that will help. The counter must be laid top down, so the under-mount sinks can be attached. Then the entire counter with sinks is lifted into place. I have had this vanity for a year and a half and I can confidently say it is a well made piece of furniture. This is not a big box store. mass produced vanity. I consider it the centerpiece of my bathroom. The dovetail joinery and quality of wood are appreciated. The smell of the wood is even pleasing.
